Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields, with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, ConnectWise, and NetSuite
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Experience in building sales enablement programs from the ground up
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
