Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including leading CRM migrations
- Experience with tools such as Gong and Clay, and AI-based scoring systems
- Proven track record in designing sales processes and improving funnel conversions
- SQL or Python data manipulation skills
