Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including leading CRM migrations
  • Experience with tools such as Gong and Clay, and AI-based scoring systems
  • Proven track record in designing sales processes and improving funnel conversions
  • SQL or Python data manipulation skills
