Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales enablement, process optimization, and onboarding for new sales team members
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Power BI reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and reporting to support revenue forecasting and quota management
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in software sales
  • Deep expertise in sales automation and CRM systems
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • College degree
  • Proven sales operations experience
