Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales enablement, process optimization, and onboarding for new sales team members
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Power BI reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Conduct sales performance analysis and reporting to support revenue forecasting and quota management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in software sales
- Deep expertise in sales automation and CRM systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- College degree
- Proven sales operations experience
