Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales & CS Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the sales operating cadence and translate insights into actionable field strategies
- Lead global deal desk and pricing governance, ensuring competitive pricing and reduced cycle times
- Own Salesforce CRM and CPQ processes to enhance customer onboarding and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations within SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven expertise in deal desk, pricing governance, and capacity planning
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and BI tools
- Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles, including ASC 606/IFRS 15
- Executive communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
