Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales & CS Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the sales operating cadence and translate insights into actionable field strategies
  • Lead global deal desk and pricing governance, ensuring competitive pricing and reduced cycle times
  • Own Salesforce CRM and CPQ processes to enhance customer onboarding and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations within SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Proven expertise in deal desk, pricing governance, and capacity planning
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and BI tools
  • Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles, including ASC 606/IFRS 15
  • Executive communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
