Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Sales Operations, the full-time remote position will lead operational strategy and execution for compute-focused products, managing systems, forecasting, and sales analytics to support rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for Latitude
- Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve operational visibility
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
- 5+ years supporting high-growth technology organizations
- Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and systems process knowledge
- Experience with complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace sales
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional operational initiatives
