Key responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for Latitude
  • Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve operational visibility
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
  • 5+ years supporting high-growth technology organizations
  • Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and systems process knowledge
  • Experience with complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace sales
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional operational initiatives
