Job Summary
To drive strategic insights and operational leadership, the full-time remote Sales Operations Director will manage sales forecasting, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Americas sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive sales forecasting and planning processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Lead data-driven sales strategies and provide insights to improve sales performance and reporting
- Support territory planning and market analysis while collaborating with leadership to enhance team performance
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Field Operations at an executive level in larger companies
- Proficiency in sales support systems like Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Anaplan
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams on data reporting and governance
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with executive management and cross-functional teams
