Job Summary

Driving quota modeling and territory analysis, the full-time remote Sales Operations Director will manage commission planning and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to align the sales organization with company growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and maintain data-driven quota models and conduct territory analysis to optimize sales performance
  • Administer sales commission and incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Leverage forecasting tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance predictive accuracy and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in quota modeling, territory design, and incentive compensation planning
  • Deep proficiency with Salesforce and experience with forecasting tools like Gong or Clari
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tooling and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
