Job Summary
Driving strategic sales initiatives, the full-time Director, Sales Operations will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, mentor team members, and optimize sales processes remotely to achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and implements sales strategies leveraging technology for sustainable growth
- Leads and mentors team members, providing professional development and guidance
- Conducts analysis of sales processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; four-year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Insurance industry experience, particularly with a brokerage, highly preferred
- Expert level proficiency with Salesforce and proven track record in maximizing ROI on CRM systems
- Certification in Sales Management or related field desirable
