Job Summary

To support a growing commercial organization, the remote Sales Operations Enablement Manager will manage new seller onboarding, collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales tools, and oversee the RFP process to ensure sales teams are equipped for success.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding program for sales roles, including training sessions and assessments
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and Marketing, translating needs into actionable content and tools
  • Own and manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate responses while tracking win/loss data
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related B2B SaaS role
  • Proven experience in building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience in creating sales content
  • Experience managing an RFP or compliance-driven documentation process
