Job Summary
To support the sales organization, the full-time Sales Operations Financial Coordinator will manage purchase orders, ensure compliance with internal policies, and coordinate between sales, finance, and vendors, primarily working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders in line with approved sales requests and contracts
- Serve as the primary contact for sales teams regarding purchase order status and requirements
- Track purchase orders through fulfillment and support month-end and quarter-end close activities
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in purchase order processing, sales operations, or procurement
- Experience with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
