Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops Leader and AVP to define and operationalize Rhythm of the business cadences
  • Provide insights to regional/district leadership on gaps and opportunities based on KPIs
  • Drive cadences such as close plans, deal review, and gap to close plans

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
  • Experience in SaaS sales and services sectors
  • Experience in driving annual planning aspects such as goaling and territory planning
  • Ability to scale and equip the business, driving operational execution and data-driven decisions
  • Deep analytical skills
