Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to provide operational support and execute workflows
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting for executive decision-making
- Manage the GTM tech stack and maintain core reporting on sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build trust and influence with sales leadership
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including reporting and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
