Job Summary

Driving execution excellence across the Sales organization, the full-time Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Lead will oversee sales forecasting governance, develop performance tracking tools, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an in-office environment in Bolton, Ontario.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the governance and continuous improvement of sales forecasting and consensus processes to enhance forecast accuracy and execution effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain sales performance scorecards and KPI tracking tools to monitor execution against key business objectives
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through analysis of sales and market trends to support decision-making and performance improvement
Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing KPI scorecards and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain dynamics
  • Experience in CPG is considered a strong asset
