Job Summary
To support the growing GTM organization, the full-time Sales Operations Lead will manage pipeline and funnel analysis, oversee territory and account management, and build scalable reporting systems while working remotely across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Own pipeline and funnel analysis, tracking deal movement and proposing actionable fixes to improve sales performance
- Run territory and account management, maintaining coverage models and evolving segmentation and routing for optimal account targeting
- Build reporting and systems that scale, developing dashboards and repeatable processes to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience in high-growth sales environments with 50+ account executives, preferably in enterprise software sales
- Ability to think from first principles and iterate quickly to find effective solutions
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and systems, including Snowflake, dbt, Salesforce, and Gong
- Proven track record of using data to influence behavior and drive change within sales teams
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex revenue issues clearly to sales leaders and executives
