Job Summary
To support the scaling and optimization of revenue operations, the full-time remote Sales Operations Lead will partner with various teams to enhance commercial performance through analytics, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to enhance performance across the customer lifecycle
- Identify revenue opportunities and operational bottlenecks while designing scalable workflows and operating processes
- Manage forecasting, pipeline analysis, and provide actionable insights to commercial leadership
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical business function
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics, including forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across various teams
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements in fast-paced environments
