Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Leader to enhance sales processes and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve reporting on sales and account performance
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack and collaborate with the VP of Sales on pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with GTM AI-based tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools, with experience in Zoho CRM being advantageous
