Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support/owner for the Gong instance, including user adoption and reporting
• Manage sales reporting within PowerBI, SFDC, and Excel, including creating and maintaining dashboards
• Partner with sales leadership to refine processes and provide training on sales enablement tools

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Sales Operations, Rev Ops, or Sales Analyst roles
• 1+ years' experience with Gong, focusing on reporting and analysis
• 1+ years' experience with PowerBI, specifically in building dashboards
• Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery and nested formulas
• High proficiency in Salesforce at an advanced power-user level
