Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Americas) to manage client accounts and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from onboarding to renewal while guiding clients on technical, business, and product levels
• Work on quotes, agreements, and NDAs to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
• Research potential prospects and maintain targeted outbound outreach to source meetings with key prospects

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a similar role
• Background in B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services/compliance/i-gaming is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM pipeline management
• Ambitious and self-organized with a willingness to grow professionally
