Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales operating system and oversee day-to-day operations of the sales organization
• Own weekly revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene standards
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Strong expertise in CRM management and process optimization
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
