Job Summary
To optimize sales efficiency and drive growth, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with the sales team and partners, enhance CRM functionality, and develop metrics to improve sales outcomes across Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.
Key responsibilities
- Improve and optimize sales tools and CRM to enhance revenue and sales outcomes
- Build reporting systems and dashboards to analyze sales performance and reinforce accountability
- Partner with internal teams and external sales channels to effectively utilize sales tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- At least four years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and reporting in a growing sales organization
- Track record of building dashboards or process improvements that enhanced sales productivity
- Experience supporting a multi-channel or multi-territory sales team is strongly preferred
