Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and delegate across the Sales Operations team, managing a small team over time
  • Oversee the management and optimization of CRM and other sales tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and improve revenue generation

Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management experience
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Proven success in implementing sales strategies and optimizing revenue generation processes
  • Expertise in revenue tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft preferred)
  • Up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations
