Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights into sales performance and trends
  • Lead sales territory planning and management efforts to optimize sales coverage and maximize revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, master's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles is often required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools
