Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to provide operational leadership in growing retail, e-tailer, and marketplace business sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee EDI routing, onboarding new trading partners, and troubleshoot EDI functionality
• Drive the customer onboarding process and manage customer service requests and order status inquiries
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and 3PL partners to ensure compliance with customer order and fulfillment requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail and e-commerce sales operations experience, with CPG experience required
• 2-3 years of EDI management experience, preferably with TrueCommerce or SPS
• Working knowledge of Netsuite
• Dedication to sustainability initiatives
• Ability to perform primarily stationary work at a desk
