Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to optimize the sales process and drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run weekly and quarterly business reviews to report on pipeline health and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain reports and dashboards monitoring activity at the individual level
  • Drive territory planning and account assignment as Sales capacity increases
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Experience building reports/dashboards and analyzing data, particularly in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with territory planning and Sales capacity models
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects
  • Experience in deriving insights from data and recommending solutions
