• Oversee strategy, implementation, and maintenance of program documentation and policies
• Lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists to enhance departmental performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and communicate requirements effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 5+ years of experience in management, operations, project management, or a related field
• Health care experience, preferably with Medicare and/or Marketplace
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision and make high-level judgments
