Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and improve sales processes for a dedicated revenue stream
- Analyze sales funnel data to identify friction points and recommend improvements
- Create and manage reporting dashboards for strategic insights and operational decisions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Experience in quota/compensation management and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and balance strategic and tactical tasks
