Key Responsibilities

• Direct operational responsibilities for drafting contracts, processing orders, and resolving customer issues
• Manage a team of Contract Specialists, overseeing sales support activities and process improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor commercial changes and ensure compliance with corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or related functions
• Prior management or supervisory experience, including managing remote employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous for EMEA-based positions
