Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the effectiveness of its global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain end-to-end sales workflows and ensure smooth pipeline movement
  • Generate and manage dashboards and reports for sales performance and pipeline health
  • Coordinate cross-functional operations and support sales programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including reporting and data maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of detail orientation
  • Comfortable working with data and performing analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
