Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Sales Analytics function to optimize sales performance
• Develop and present impactful analyses and strategic recommendations to senior executives
• Act as a strategic partner to various teams to align on initiatives and drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-growth startups, fintech, or management consulting
• 5+ years of experience as a sales operations manager with high volume sales teams
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Expertise in sales analytics or revenue operations; experience in mortgage or SaaS industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
