Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and manage strategic programs within the Customer Success Management Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to drive operational efficiency and performance
• Define and execute end-to-end program plans, including scope, timeline, and resources
• Design and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Program Management or Business Operations, preferably in Customer Success
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from inception to execution
• Strong understanding of change management principles
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau
• Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and their operational impact
