Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize systems, processes, and tools for the global sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract processes, including drafting and coordinating legal reviews
• Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and manage Salesforce for client projects
• Partner with sales leadership for sales strategy, reporting, and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a technology-driven company
• Experience with drafting contracts and pricing for services
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales enablement tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
