Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the sales operations transformation roadmap to support 2x growth in sellers globally
- Operationalize the annual plan by partnering with planning and IT teams to implement territory design and quotas
- Design automation for high-volume workflows and manage the technology roadmap for sales operations tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy and operations, sales operations, or related roles with a track record of operational excellence
- Experience leading business transformation at a high-growth technology company
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and knowledge of planning tools like Anaplan
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to advise and influence VP-level and above stakeholders
