Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Operations & Enablement Manager to enhance its go-to-market operations and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize and improve end-to-end GTM workflows and maintain Sales CRM hygiene
- Build and run onboarding and ramp programs for new Sales hires, while developing core enablement assets
- Define and track key GTM performance metrics and create actionable dashboards for performance insights
Required Qualifications and Education
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in managing HubSpot CRM data, automation, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights
- Experience in building systems and processes from scratch
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
