Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the systems and processes that enhance the performance of the global sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract processes, including drafting, approvals, and legal reviews
• Oversee staffing needs and manage resource requests for upcoming opportunities
• Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and manage Salesforce for client project setups

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales enablement tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
