Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Ops Service Manager to provide day-to-day servicing for clients and manage operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the bank, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Perform deposit operations-related activities, including processing deposits and managing account transactions
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and facilitate new deposit account requests while managing risk and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent risk management knowledge
