Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize systems and processes for the global sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract processes, including drafting, approvals, and legal reviews
  • Develop forecasting models and optimize Salesforce for data accuracy and user adoption
  • Identify and implement scalable sales processes and deliver regular reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales enablement tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
