Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and sales scripts
• Document and streamline the sales process and optimize sales-to-delivery handoff
• Build and maintain a centralized repository for all sales content and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
• Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral
• Experience supporting sales teams in a consulting, agency, or B2B services environment
• Experience working with CRM systems and collaboration tools
• Comfort working closely with senior leadership and translating strategy into execution
