Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize sales organization design, capacity planning, and governance across market units
- Drive forecasting accuracy and identify friction points in the revenue process

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial enablement, sales operations, or commercial strategy, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and commercial performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments while driving clarity and accountability
