Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager in a Salesforce environment, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities
• Manage lead routing workflows and optimize outbound prospecting cadences based on account activity
• Oversee sales content operations and pipeline reporting, identifying risks and trends for executive review

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations in a B2B environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and data management
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or ActiveCampaign
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience preferred
