Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support its sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the forecasting process for assigned sales teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Develop financial models to support quota setting, territory planning, and revenue projections
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and planning platforms (Anaplan or similar)
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
