Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to lead and scale their global sales operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance insights in partnership with Sales leadership
- Own sales reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to leadership
- Serve as the functional owner of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading team members
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce at an admin level
- Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools for reporting and analytics
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with various departments
