Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to lead and scale their global sales operations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance insights in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Own sales reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to leadership
  • Serve as the functional owner of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system optimization
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading team members
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce at an admin level
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools for reporting and analytics
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with various departments
