Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the sales team in structuring complex deals and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive operational rigor and manage deal activity
- Develop customer-facing content to assist internal stakeholders in selling effectively
- Own and optimize the proof of concept process and improve sales operations efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, CPQ tools, and contract management processes
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management and deal operations
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deal cycles in a fast-paced environment
