Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to optimize its revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal progression mechanics
- Manage weekly forecast calls, reporting cadence, and maintain accurate forecasting models
- Support complex deal structuring and pricing strategy while ensuring compliance with frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a startup
- Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
