Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that drive the global sales team's performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract processes, including drafting and legal reviews, for clients and partners
- Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and oversee Salesforce setup for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, reporting, and sales enablement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company
- Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales enablement tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
