Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to design and scale the global sales operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to create scalable sales operating plans and manage sales planning processes
- Own and improve the quote-to-cash process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in bookings and contracts
- Lead the Sales Operations team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles in B2B SaaS/Tech
- Proven track record of designing and scaling operational processes and business strategies
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and sales process design
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and quote-to-cash workflows
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior sales and executive leaders
