Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help scale their revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the revenue infrastructure, including CRM management and data governance
- Manage and coach the SDR team, setting KPIs and optimizing performance metrics
- Oversee forecasting and pipeline management, providing accurate revenue projections and insights
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical revenue roles
- Experience in a high-growth (Series A-C) B2B company
- Deep CRM expertise, preferably in HubSpot
- Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Experience managing SDR teams or revenue development functions
