Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help scale their revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the revenue infrastructure, including CRM management and data governance
  • Manage and coach the SDR team, setting KPIs and optimizing performance metrics
  • Oversee forecasting and pipeline management, providing accurate revenue projections and insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical revenue roles
  • Experience in a high-growth (Series A-C) B2B company
  • Deep CRM expertise, preferably in HubSpot
  • Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
  • Experience managing SDR teams or revenue development functions
