Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
• Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other departments to execute these requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Experience in improving complex operational workflows with measurable results
• Knowledge of Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
• Understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
• Preferred experience in IT hardware, networking, cellular, or IoT device manufacturing
