Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
• Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage approved initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure proper execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Experience improving complex operational workflows with measurable results
• Knowledge of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
• Ability to operate globally and adapt to regional differences in distribution operations
• Preferred experience in IT hardware, networking, cellular, or IoT device manufacturing
