Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows with global distributors
• Develop business cases for process improvement and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams for execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution or sales operations
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
• Experience in a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor interactions
• Ability to build business cases and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
