Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for their Enterprise Sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior sales leadership to optimize Enterprise Sales processes for efficiency and growth
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign and tooling enhancements
- Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive improvements in sales workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com, along with familiarity with sales tech stack tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA preferred
- Experience in Salesforce Administration is a plus but not required
