Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for their Enterprise Sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to optimize Enterprise Sales processes for efficiency and growth
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign and tooling enhancements
  • Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive improvements in sales workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com, along with familiarity with sales tech stack tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration is a plus but not required
